South Spring Dinner

5:30-6:30pm – one hour reception

6:30-8:30 pm dinner

Entrée Selection (choice of one of the following):

8oz Sirloin (triple cooked chips, peppercorn jus, house made ketchup)

Pan-Fried Salmon (sauteed greens, roasted potatoes and salsa verde)

Penne Pasta (basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, confit onions, pickled garlic, spinach, micro basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese)

Dessert Selection (choice of one of the following):

Key Lime Pie (toasted coconut, graham crust)

Fruit Plate (seasonal fruit and berries)

Spring Dinners are open to all active 2023 AEA members and members attend for free.
