The Alberta Expropriation Association 2024 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

The AEA conference is a critical source for networking and knowledge sharing amongst expropriation professionals in Alberta. Sponsorships make the conference possible by keeping conference fees affordable despite rising costs.

Option 1: $2,500 Sponsorship

This option allows you tor bring your own advertising materials (banners/posters)[¹] to be put up in the conference room for Friday and Saturday and recognition of the sponsorship by the MC. In addition, your logo will be displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; 2) Alberta Expropriation Association website as a 2024 conference sponsor, which will remain on the AEA website for the entire year until the website is updated for 2025 conference sponsors; 3) Table cards at the conference; and 4) The final agenda provided to all members.

In addition to the above, you may choose to be recognized as a sponsor and option to place your advertising materials at one of the following events:

(1)Thursday night wine and cheese reception

(2) SOLD OUT - Friday night dinner and wine

(3) Friday night entertainment event,

Note: this is limited to two sponsors per event and is on a first come first serve basis.

[1] All advertising materials for display at the conference are at the cost of the sponsor but easels will be available if needed.

Option 2: $1,500 Sponsorship

Recognition of sponsorship by MC with your logo displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; 2) Table cards at the conference; and 3) The final agenda provided to all members.

Option 3: NEW FOR 2024 - Conference Swag Bags - Highest bidder (minimum bid $2,000)

This option allows you to provide conference attendees with ‘swag bags’. The sponsorship will be awarded to the highest bidder who will be responsible for sourcing the bags and all swag items.

Please note you will also be responsible for transporting the bags to the conference facilities in Banff prior to opening registration on Thursday November 21, 2024.

Recognition of the sponsorship will be provided by the MC with your logo displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; 2) Table cards at the conference; and 3) The final agenda provided to all members

Note: This excludes lanyards, which will be provided to conference attendees by the AEA

Option 4: $550 gift baskets

This option includes recognition of the sponsorship by the MC, as well as the logo displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; and 2) The final agenda provided to all members.

Please note that we work with a gift basket company and your sponsorship includes preparation of the gift basket itself including items in line with the selected theme. For this option you are welcome to add promotional items which the gift basket company will include in the basket.

Basket theme ideas (please let us know your top three choices for a theme so we can mark it off in order to have a variety of gift baskets):

In order to provide the supplier with sufficient time to complete the gift baskets, kindly provide your choices no later than October 21, 2024.
